Plain terms for a small store: what we promise, what we do not, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. The agreement

Ordering from this site means you accept these terms. The store is operated by Skyline Telecom LLC, 450 Piedmont Ave, Suite 506, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before shipping; if the corrected price is higher, we cancel the order and refund you in full rather than charge the difference. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — see Shipping & returns.

5. Returns

30 days from delivery, opened or not. The full rule is on the Shipping & returns page and it is part of these terms.

6. Product use and safety

These are wellness products, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not use a percussion massager over an injury, a joint, the spine itself or varicose veins. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or being treated for a circulatory condition, ask your doctor first. Patch-test the oil on your forearm before using it more widely, and do not use it if you have a nut allergy and the product contains sweet almond oil.

7. Warranty

The percussion massager carries a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover drops, water damage or ordinary wear.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Content

The text and images on this site belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
