2. What we collect

• Order details — name, shipping address, email, phone and what you bought. We need these to ship the parcel and to answer you when something goes wrong.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
• Device & usage data — your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you open, plus a first-party cookie that gives your browser an anonymous id.

3. Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer support email, and to measure how our advertising performs. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the store.

4. Who else sees it

Our shipping carrier, our payment processor, our email provider and our hosting provider, each only with what their part of the job needs. Our own server also sends event data — a page view, an add-to-cart or a completed order, together with your IP address, user agent and that anonymous browser id — to the advertising platforms we buy traffic from, so we can tell which ads actually pay for themselves. No third-party advertising script runs on this site.

5. Cookies

We set first-party cookies for site functionality and to recognise a returning browser. You can limit them in your browser settings and, where available, through your device's ad-preference controls. The site works fine with cookies limited.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally seven years. Support email is kept for two years. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

7. Your rights

Write to [email protected] and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with similar laws have these rights by statute; we apply them to everyone.

8. Children

This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
