Ships from a U.S. warehouse, usually the next business day. Thirty days to change your mind, opened or not.

Shipping

• Orders over $45 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day normally leave the warehouse the next business day.
• Transit is typically 2 to 5 business days within the continental United States.
• You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
• We ship within the United States only.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, opened or not. Email [email protected] with your order number and we send a prepaid label. We cover return shipping.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the parcel reaching us. For hygiene reasons an opened massage oil bottle can be refunded but not resold, so please only open one bottle if you ordered several.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we replace it, no return needed.

Warranty claims

The percussion massager is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Email us what happened and, where it helps, a short video — we replace the unit.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us. We open a carrier trace and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, ship a replacement or refund you.
